Our goal is to treat our patients just as we would treat a member of our own family. For that reason, we developed a Patient Satisfaction Program to continually improve and adapt to the new health care environment.  Patients are sent a survey by email, text message or telephone within 7-10 days following their surgical procedure.  The survey consists of questions that rank the anesthesia care team in the categories of communication, decision prep, ease anxiety, ensure comfort, privacy respected, and overall patient satisfaction.
